Terms of Service — UnitedKingsInc AutoPost

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of UnitedKingsInc AutoPost (the "App"), a tool operated by United Kings Inc ("we," "us," "our") that cross-posts content to TikTok via the official TikTok API.

1. What the App does

UnitedKingsInc AutoPost is an internal publishing tool for United Kings Inc. It allows an authorized United Kings Inc operator to publish the company's own videos to the company's own TikTok account (@unitedkingsinc). The App does not post on behalf of third parties and does not offer a public service.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

Use of the App requires a TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for all activity performed through your connected TikTok account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your TikTok credentials. We never ask for your TikTok password.

3. Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to any video, caption, audio, or image you publish through the App, and that such content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. Content published through the App remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

The App is intended for original United Kings Inc content only. You agree not to use the App to publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates TikTok's policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; (b) interfere with or disrupt the App; (c) use the App for any unlawful purpose; or (d) misrepresent your affiliation with United Kings Inc.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by revoking its access in your TikTok account settings (Settings > Security > Manage app permissions).

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, United Kings Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
